Opera House
Items: 36
Kills: 46
Welcome, opera fans! It's the evening and it's time for a night on the town. Your search has led you to an abandoned Opera House.
Sights to See
No trip to Venice can be complete without visiting an opera house. And what better time for the opera than the evening. We hope you remembered to pack some formal wear.

Unfortunately, this particular opera house has long been closed and no longer serves as a place of culture and music, but rather serves new purposes. But though by the looks of this building, you might think it's ready to be condemned, but many of its facilities still function, though some in disrepair.

As far as opera houses go, this opera house was equipped with the latest amenities of the time, including a sophisticated ventilation system, an electric elevator, and motor driven backdrop systems, even though this opera house was built decades ago. Despite the age of the structure, the beauty of the building is still apparent in the careful detail in the wood paneling and the rich velvet curtains.

But this building has seen better days. The foundation has sank and the orchestra pit is now submerged underwater, as well as the tunnels and rooms once used for props and storage. The roof over the foyer has collapsed, the seats have all been removed, and there is rubble and old sandbags that are ready to crash down all over.
Local Fauna
The only creatures that are original to this building are probably the rats. This place has surprisingly few of them, though.
Locals
This opera house isn't so abandoned after all. To keep the rats company, are the local scum you've been seeing around Venice, along with their dobermans.
Souvenirs
We hope you're handy with electronics and with simple repairs, because in order to operate the elevator, you need a relay for the relay box. The backdrop changer needs a circuit board. And you will need a couple of ornate keys to get past some locked doors.
Hidden Treasures
Secrets in this level are fairly well hidden and all quite dangerous to retrieve. Keep a watchful eye everywhere you go, and you will probably spot them, but getting them is the hard part. Watch your step.
Hazards
Along with the usual hazards of dogs and cultists, be aware of the swinging objects, be it a wooden crate or a sandbag. They are not for swinging on. They are to be avoided. As if that wasn't enough trouble, watch for sandbags that appear to be hanging harmlessly over your head. The aging ropes, that suspend the sandbags from the ceiling, are all but broken, and the slightest jar can send them crashing to the ground, making them effective deterrents to unwanted visitors. Be careful. Also watch for broken glass scattered throughout the opera house. glass.
