Well this level may get you in a panic because you're unarmed, but it's not all that bad. Here are a few tips to get Lara rearmed and clear up a few spots that might get you stuck. | |||
Jail-bird

You're a jail bird, but surely you must know that the means to escape must be around here somewhere, right? Notice how some of the crates can be pushed. Now, surely they wouldn't make escaping that easy, right? Yes, the cell door is on a timer, but can you think of how you can shorten the time it takes you to get to the door? | ||
Jail Break!

Great, you're out. You're running around. There's two guys looking to kill you, and you're unarmed. Needless to say, you need some guns. Well, where did you have them last? The big trick is getting out to catwalks outside the tempered glass windows of the security room. Usually, you'd shoot them out with a gun, but alas, you don't have any guns. You think someone else would be kind enough to do it for you? No? Well, maybe you can give him a reason to fire a few rounds at the windows. | ||
Environmentalist

Is that what this is all about? You run around getting shot at and clubbed to conserve some fossil fuels by shutting off the plane engines? No, indeed! Now that the plane engines are off, it's safe for you to try to grab on to the engine and climb onto the wing. Now why on earth would you want to do that? Try it. You'll like it. | ||
Spinning Your Wheels

If you're like me, you might have exacted revenge on the two bullies that were beating up on you earlier, and then went on a wild shooting spree, killing everything in sight and picking up anything that isn't nailed down. Then, you find yourself with a locked door and apparently no where else to go, with the only one apparent doorway to go through closing itself as soon as you approach. If that's the case, then don't waste a lot of time trying to get into that door. You have not searched the bunk beds carefully enough. Go back and take a long hard look at every bunk, and see if you can't figure out where to go next. | ||
Some Like it Hot

Okay, by now you've probably learned that you need to slide down that long ramp backwards. Now you're wondering, how to cross the flames without getting torched. There's no water nearby to douse yourself if you fail. There's apparently no switch or pressure plate to turn off the flames temporarily. The trick must be in one of those crates. What crates? The ones recessed into the walls! Okay, next piece of advice is to not jump into a flame while pulling crates around. You're going to need to move both of them around a little to get one of them to where you want it. | ||
White Chicks Can't Jump

Do they think you're some kind of WNBA basketball star? After having to dispatch three guys to get into this room, you're teased with a passageway that's just out of reach, no matter where you jump from. That's no good. You need a boost, and these guys were either very uncooperative earlier, and now they just don't seem up to the task any more. Maybe there's something you can use to get close to that passageway. | ||
Tanks a Lot!

Okay, once inside the control room, you will notice that the switch drains the water out of one tank and fills up the other. What's also apparent is that there is a trap door in the floor and a locked door that makes it impossible to be on the middle area between the two tanks when the right tank is empty. Well, surely there's something out there that can remedy one of these situations. | ||
Watch Your Shins

Think you're not meant to get to that raised duct area in the back of the area between the two tanks. Well you wouldn't jump very far either if you kept slamming your shins or feet into the pipes. Get a clue! Step back. | ||
Seeing Green

Well, here's a huge area, ripe for exploring, now remember that you've now managed to open the trap door, so what else do you need? That's what you're priority should be right now. And don't think for one moment that they're just going to hand it to you. Watch for enemies both on the catwalks as well as from below. Also keep your eyes peeled for the route back, because once you have what you're looking for, you're surely not going back up the way you slid in by. | ||
This Way Out

Pass card opens door. Now, remind yourself, what condition was it that you needed that the locked door prevented? Something about those tanks of water. |
